Vibration Analysis ISO CAT I

The ‘Entry', or 'Junior Level’ Category 1 course is intended for personnel who are new or have 6 months vibration monitoring and analysis experience.

Vibration Analysis ISO CAT II

The ‘Intermediate Level’ Category 2 course is ideal for those who are interested in condition monitoring to ensure the reliability of their machinery, and who have either, completed a VA Cat 1, or have significant vibration analysis experience, including an understanding of vibration theory and terminology.

Vibration Analysis ISO CAT III

If you are ready to be the senior vibration analyst, with the capability of handling all the common fault conditions and leading the Category I and II analysts, then this is the course for you.

Infrared Thermography ISO CAT I

This course will prepare you for life as an infrared thermographer. You will learn the fundamentals of infrared energy and the camera, and you will learn about the most common applications.

Precision Shaft Laser Alignment

You will come away from this course with a very good understanding of precision shaft laser alignment processes and diagnostics.

Bearing Basics

You will come away from this course with a very good understanding of bearing designation system, design, mounting & dismounting and the lubrication of rolling element bearings
